Prototype Mascara Brushes

CAD/CAM brush trimming machine for making profile trims on mascara brushes. Machine is not a production machine but instead a 4-axis trimming machine for making prototype profile trim patterns. Machine control is PC based with Eason hardware including user-friendly touch screen operation and proprietary software programmed through Visual Basic. Brush trimmer heads ride on 3-axes while the 4th axis is in the brush chuck.
