3-part suction handle with switch for oral cleaning
tool
In-line assembly machine automatically feeds handle
bottom, handle top and switch. Station fixtures, pick and place
units and other tooling are fabricated for 2-up production and an
output of 30ppm. Switch is lubricated prior to insertion and handle
top is pressed and then ultrasonically welded. Finished unit is
leak tested in both the open and closed positions after which all
good assemblies are ejected into good parts container while any
bad assemblies are rejected.
